Energy Bites

Energy balls are such a great snack for road trips, great for school lunches, an after workout snack, or even for pregnant/nursing Moms! They are packed full of delicious protein, flax power, and a tiny bit of chocolate to curve your sweet tooth. We love these energy bites for when “hangry” moments arise in our home in between meals. We hope you enjoy!

2 cups of dry oatmeal
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of ground flax seed
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
1/2 cup of raw honey
2 TBS of chia seeds
1 TBS of vanilla

Mix together-chill for 20-30 min.
Roll into individual balls-keep in an airtight container.
